1 cup butter
2-8 oz. pkg cream cheese
4-15 oz corn, drained
2-4 fresh jalapenos, seeded & chopped
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In a medium saucepan heat combined butter, cream cheese, and milk; stir until smooth. in 9X13 baking dish combine corn and jalapenos. Pour milk mixture over corn and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 35 min
