1 Rotisere Chicken
1 (32 oz) Chicken broth
1 Family size can Cream of Chicken
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1 c. carrots, chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped
1-2 can homestyle biscuits (PLAIN NO BUTTER)
salt & pepper, as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, poultry seasoning, carrots and celery. Pull rotisserie chicken apart (shred it) and put in broth/soup mix. Continue on low boil for about 15 minutes. Then increase to med and return to boil. Add sliced biscuit dough one at a time and return to low. Cover and simmer 20 more minutes. Stirring occasionally. Salt/pepper to taste.

*If you like more dumplings use 2 cans instead of 1
