2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
14oz can of creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Do a quick pulse of the cream corn in a food processor (or blender) if you don’t want any whole pieces of corn. Mix all of the ingredients. Then bake according to the directions on the Jiffy mix, in a cake pan or as muffins.

This is from my nephew Matt and his wife Joey and it is the honest to goodness best cornbread on the planet. And it doesn't hurt that it's really, really easy.
