1/2 lb. sesame seeds from bakery

Directions:
Directions:
1. This recipe will make two breads
2. Spread crisco on cookie sheets
3. Spread out pizza dough on cookie sheet almost to the end.
4. Place 1/2 half of onions on pizza bread (not all the way to the ends).
5. Place pepperoni slices over onions
6. Place shredded mozzarella on pepperoni slices
7. From bottom of dough, roll the bread up making sure all the ingredients do not fall out of roll. AND CURVE THE BREAD
8. Tuck ends in on both sides so the ingredients will not fall out.
9. Rub the pizza bread with crisco shortening and make little slits on top. I use a scissor. This keeps the bread from exploding.
10. Sprinkle top of bread with sesame seeds. Save the rest for another time.
11. Cook 40-45 min. at a 350 º oven, until golden brown
12. Place cookie sheet on wire rack to cool.
13. Wrap up in foil and freeze
14. When ready to serve, defrost for 4 hours, cut into slices and reheat.

Here is another recipe that has been handed down through 4 generations. Great recipe to make ahead of time and just cut in slices and warm up before serving.
