Ingredients:
1 c. heavy cream, chilled
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
You will need hand electric mixer or stand mixer. For best result, chill whisk attachments and bowl for about 10 minutes before you start whipping.

Whisk all ingredients together - about 30 seconds on low setting at first to get all ingredients mixed well, then switch to high speed until stiff peak or until you reach desired consistency you want. (It usually takes me about 2 minutes to get soft peak stage and then another minute to get stiff peak stage)

*Be careful not to over beat...you might end up with butter!

This is so easy and so much better than frozen Cool Whip. Once you make, you won't want to buy Cool Whip again.
