1 1/2C mashed banannas
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, divided
1 1/2C milk
3C flour
1/2 tbsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2/3C butter, softened
1C white sugar
1/2C brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp

Frosting
8 oz cream cheese
1/2C butter, softened
3-3 1/2 cups, powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp lemon zest (from 1 lemon)

Preheat oven to 350º grease and flour 9x13 pan.

Place 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice in a measuring cup. Top to 1 1/2 cups with milk and set aside.

Beat together butter, brown and white sugar until combined. Stir in eggs and vanilla until mixed.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Alternate adding flour mixture and milk to egg mixture stirring just until combined.

Fold in banannas. Pour into prepared pan.

Put in oven and REDUCE TO 300º for 60-70 minutes. COOL COMPLETELY.

Frosting: Cream together butter & cream cheese until fluffy. Add in lemon zest and juice. Add powdered sugar a little at a time until you reach desired consistency. Spread over Cooled Cake.....
