1/2 cup butter
2 ounces unsweetend chocolate
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and. chocolate together over hot water or carefully in microwave, stirring often. Beat eggs in a bowl, gradually blend in sugar. Add flour &, salt and then combine with chocolate mixture.
Pour into unbuttered 8 or 9 inch pie plate and bake at 350º for 20-23 minutes. Do not overcook, because it should be slightly soft in center. Cool, then freeze. Or serve same day.
This pie does not require thawing. out before serving. (5) with ice cream or cool whip.
I have used an 8 inch square glass baking dish.

I usually make two at a time, so one is available in the freezer or to serve more people. Do not overbake-- it needs to be a bit soft in the center. Tastes like fudge, but easier to make. You can add some chopped nuts, but does not need them really.
