3 1/2 qt. crockpot without lid
4-5 jars apple sauce
4 c. sugar
oil of cinnamon
oil of cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Fill crockpot with applesauce. Add 2 cups of sugar. Stir until mixed. Heat on high for 15 minutes. Turn on low and let simmer for 12 hours. Stir occasionally. Add 2 cups of sugar and continue cooking on low for 10 hours. Keep stirring occasionally. Stir and add 7 drops of oil of cinnamon and 7 drops oil of cloves. Mix well. Seal in jars and Enjoy.
