2 c warm water
1/2 c sugar
3 t salt
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c melt lard
7 1/2 c flour
2 pkgs yeast, dissolved in 1 t sugar, and 1/4 c warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar & salt. Add dissolved yeast beaten eggs, lard & flour. Mix well. Add flour, kneading by hand or mixer until no longer sticks to hands. Put in greased bowl, turning once to grease. Cover, let rise to double. May punch down let rise again or roll out into cinnamon rolls. Roll out dough, spread with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up. Place in pans and raise. Bake at 375º ten minutes.
