1/2 pound snow peas
1 1/2 tsp butter
1/2 tsp oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp coarse salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring pan of water to boil. Snap ends from peas and pull strings when water boils, add peas. Time 2-3 minutes till tender. Drain in colander and run cold water over peas till cooled. Put the peas on paper towel lined plate and pat.

Heat butter and oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute in 1 minute until soft. Put peas in pan. Heat through stirring often. Stir in coarse salt, heat 30 seconds. Season with pepper.
