8 cups 1/4 in wide noodles.
2 cups cottage cheese
1 and 1/3 cups sour cream (can use reduced fat)
1/4 cups melted butter
1/4 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 canned green chile, mashed (the rest can be frozen)
1 or 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
3 heaping Tbsp parsley, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, or just until done.
Drain and rinse thoroughly under cold water.
Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl except paprika.
Add cooked noodles, check for seasoning and turn into a buttered casserole, like a 12by8 by 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle wit paprika; Cover with aluminum foil if casserole has no lid.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
