1 10 oz Can Onion Soup
1.5 lbs Hamburger Meat
1/2 Cup dried bread crumbs
1 Egg- beaten with a fork
Salt & Pepper & Garlic to taste
1 Tbs Flour
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine 1/3 Cup Soup with hamburger, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 Oval patties. In a fry pan, brown the patties. Drain fat.

In a bowl Gradually blend flour into remaining soup. Mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, blend well. Add to fry pan. Heat to boiling. Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring Occasionally. Add patties to gravy in frying pan. Cover and simmer 15 minutes longer.
