2 lbs. buffalo
2 cups dried corn
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 carrots, sliced
2 potatoes, cubed
1 green pepper, sliced
1/4 cup oil
2 large onions, chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
12 juniper berries
8 cups water
1 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut buffalo into 1" cubes and brown in oil. Remove to a plate and saute onions and garlic in meat oil. Return meat to pan and add water and seasonings. Cook 2 hours or until meat is tender. Add remaining vegetables and cook until done, approximately 30 minutes.
