• 2 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
• 16 ounces tomato sauce, 2- 8 ounce cans
• 32 ounces red kidney beans,2 cans
• 32 ounces pinto beans, 2 cans
• 1 large onion, diced
• 2 stalks celery, diced
• 4 cans ro-tel tomatoes ( use the type you like mild/medium/spicy)
• 3 cups beef broth
• 2 teaspoons cumin
• 2 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, or to taste
• salt and pepper, to taste
Toppings:
• cheese
• sour cream
• chives

Combine all ingredients into a 6-8-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
