1 Cup + 2 TBSP Warm Water
2 TBSP Honey or Agave Syrup
2 TBSP Avacado Oil
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup + 2 TBSP + .81 tsp. whole Wheat Flour
3/4 tsp Salt
1.875 tsp Yeast
4.5 TBSP Flax Seeds
2 TBSP Sesame Seeds
1 TBSP Poppy Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Add liquid .... then dry except seeds. Add after dough comes together in bread machine. When dough is done, put in flexy and cover and let rise for 45 minutes in warm spot. 375 degrees convection for 32 minutes

Made this in January 2016 with fish chowder.... oh so good.
