1 box frozen peas (peas go on top)
lettuce
carrots, shredded
onion rings
green pepper rings
celery, diced
Miracle Whip
salt and pepper
2 tsp sugar
6 slices bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peas for 3-6 min drain and cool
In a large bowl place the vegetables in the order given (may rub bowl with clove of garlic)
Put the peas on the top.
Dot liberally with Miracle Whip, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and 2 tsp sugar
DO NOT STIR.
Cover and refrigerate a minimum of at least 3 hrs.
Top with 6 slices crumbled bacon and serve.
Shredded cheddar cheese is also good on top.
Toss at last min before serving.
