2 c. cooked chicken
1 large onion, chopped
18 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
3/4 c. diced potatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. thyme
Pie Crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables, onion and potatoes until tender. Drain. Add salt, pepper, thyme, chicken and broth. Heat until almost boiling.
Make thickening with flour and water. Add to vegetables. Line 9X13 baking dish with pie crust. Prebake and add vegetables and chicken mixture to baked crust. Top with pie crust.
Bake until crust is brown. 400º for 20 minutes.
