1 lb. asparagus, trimmed
2 tsp. EVOO
1-1/2 cups halved grape tomatoes
1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. crumbled goat cheese
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
2) Heat OO in lg. skillet over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes and garlic; cook 5 minutes. Stir in vinegar and cook 3 minutes. Stir in salt.
3) Arrange asparagus on platter, top w/tomato mixture, sprinkle w/cheese and pepper
