Cake:
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
4 whole eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. corn oil
1 c. nuts
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Icing:
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 stick of butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt sugar and baking soda. Add remaining cake ingredients. Place in three layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Prepare icing by creaming butter and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread between cake layers and over ll outside.
