1 c. plain flour
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. whipped cream
2 packages instant chocolate or butterscotch pudding mix
3 cups of cold milk
additional whipped cream to cover
1/2 cup pecans, chocolate or butterscotch morsels to top

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, butter and chopped nuts and, with fork, make dough crumbly. Put in 13x9 baking dish and spread evenly on bottom. Cook 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Cream together powdered sugar, cream cheese and cup of whipped cream and spread over cooled crust. Prepare packages of pudding mix as directed on box except use 3 cups of cold milk. Pour on top of cream cheese layer. Cover all whipped cream and top with pecans, chocolate or butterscotch morsels. Refrigerate
