2 cups almonds
1 cup pecans
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup ground flax
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup honey
6 T. coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 cup dried cranberries

Directions:

Preheat oven to 275º and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Combine all nuts/seeds and coconut in large bowl.
Heat honey and coconut oil in the microwave for 90 seconds. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and salt.
Pour over the nut mixture and mix well.
Spread entire mixture onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 45-60 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes.
Add dried fruit after granola has cooled.
