1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 egg yolks, well beaten
1 c. milk
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Blend flour, sugar, and salt in mixing bowl. Stir in lemon rind and juice, egg yolks, and milk. Fold in egg whites. Pour into 1-quart baking dish or 6 custard cups. Set in pan of hot water (1" deep). Bake 50 minutes.
