1 small package strawberry jello
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 small can crushed pineapple drained
1 sponge cake or Lady Fingers
Need a Spring Form Pan

Directions:
Directions:
Line the pan with the sponge cake or Lady fingers split open
Make the jello and refrigerate
When partially jelled add whipped cream and pineapple to the jello
Pour into the prepared pan and refrigerate several hours

You can use pound cake thinly sliced to line the pan. Make sure to do the sides of the pan as well. One of our favorite desserts growing up!!
