1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 can sliced pineapple
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs separated
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º 35 minutes
Sift flour, baking powder and salt onto a paper plate
beat egg whites into soft peaks.
in large bowl beat egg yolks until light add sugar and pineapple juice
Fold flour and egg whites into the egg yolk mixture

Melt butter in iron fry pan spread brown sugar on bottom and sides of pan
place pineapple slices on top.
Pour batter on top of pineapples

Serve with whip cream
