1 12oz package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 Cup sweetened condensed milk
1T water
!tsp vanilla

Directions:

Melt chocolate chips over hot water(not boiling)in a double boiler
Remove from heat
Add milk, water and vanilla
Stir until smooth do not beat
Turn into a greased 10x5x3 inch pan
Refrigerate until firm
