1/2 c. Butter, softened
3/4 c. Brown sugar
3/4 c. White sugar
3/4 c. Creamy peanut butter (natural)

1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla

3/4 c. Flour
1/4 c. Whole wheat flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt

Preheat oven to 375º

In a large bowl, mix first 4 ingredients, then beat in egg and vanilla
In a separate bowl, whisk together remaining 4 ingredients and stir into peanut butter mixture.
Mix in 1 c. oats, and 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Refrigerate cookie dough for 30 min- 1hr

Form into loose balls on cookie sheet (lined with parchment) and bake for 8 minutes @ 350º until cookies are golden

These are my favorite cookies! I got this recipe from a girl who lived with us and worked at the church for a summer, I have been using it ever since then. They combine all 3 ingredients that make cookies great, into one!

I like to freeze dough in balls and make as you need!
