"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
This has always been the Holcomb family christmas treat for neighbors and friends. I loved making these with my mom growing up, and still enjoy making them each Christmas season!

Super easy, and great to make ahead, keep in freezer, and then take to a holiday party or give to neighbors!
