2 Chicken breasts
2 T. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
Pepper to taste
Paprika (sprinkle)
4 T. Butter
2 T. Oil
2 Lemons
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 lb. Steamed asparagus

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken to thin, cut into small pieces
Combine flour, s/p, and paprika, dip chicken to coat
Cook chicken in 1 T. of butter & oil 3-4 min.

Sauce: combine 2T lemon juice, zest, pepper, 2 T. buter, 1/4 tsp. salt, in skillet
Cook on low heat, stir until warm

Pour sauce over chicken and garnish with slice of lemon
