8 boneless chicken breasts (can use tenderloins)
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
3/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º - Bake for 1 hour

Crush crackers in ziplock bag
Mix crackers, cheese, garlic, parsley, and s/p
Pound chicken to thin
Dip each chicken breast in butter, then into crumb mixture
Arrange in casserole pan
Sprinkle remaining crumbs and butter on top

This is a family favorite! We would always ask for this as our birthday dinner!

The best part is that is is super easy to make, and also easy to double and share with a neighbor or friends!
You can prep it ahead of time, put in the fridge with foil, and bake in the oven later.
