2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt, for sprinkling

Variations:

You can flavor with any of the following or another spice of your choice:
Cumin
Red Pepper Flakes
Lemon
Cayenne Pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the kale in a large bowl and dress very lightly with dressing of choice. Spread the leaves out across roasting sheet so they aren't stacked up on each other too much. Roast in the oven until crispy but still green, turning the leaves halfway through, 15 to 20 minutes.
