Ingredients:  
1 ~ 2 (16 oz cans) sauerkraut
1 red onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 C celery, diced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg carrot, chopped
1 (4 oz) can pimento, dained and chopped
1 tsp celery seed (opt)
DRESSING:
1 1/2 C white sugar
1/2 C vinegar
1/2- 1 C salad oil, (opt) (1/2 C)

Directions:
Directions:
*In a large glass bowl mix, sauekraut, onion, celery, green pepper, carrot, pimentos, mustard seed.
*In a saucepan mix and bring to boil white sugar, vinegar. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Add salad oil. May add celery seed (opt)
*Pour over other ingredients. Refrigerator overnight or longer in a covered jar. Before serving...
