1 pkg yeast
1/3 c sugar
2/3 c warm milk (115º to 120º)
3 1/2 c sifted flour
1/2 c melted shortening or margarine
3 eggs
3/4 tsp salt

2-3 Tbsp margarine, softened
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Add 1 cup flour and beat until smooth. Add melted shortening, beaten eggs, remaining flour and salt. Beat until smooth. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size. Punch down dough and roll out on lightly floured surface to 9" x 20" rectangle, 1/2" thick. Spread with softened margarine and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up from long edge and slice 1" thick. Place in greased pan, cut side down. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes.
