1 can water chestnuts, cut in thirds
3/4 pound chicken livers, cut in halves
1 pound bacon, cut in halves

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap bacon around chicken liver and piece of water chestnut. Fasten with toothpick. Fry in oil or shortening until golden brown.
