3 c. sugar
3/4 c. parkay
5 1/2 oz. evaporated milk
12 oz. chocolate chips
7 oz. marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Boil sugar, parkay and milk until 234 degrees. Add other ingredients and stir well. Pour into buttered cake pan. Cool.
