1 can of Apple pie filling
1 box of chicken stove top stuffing mix
3 tbsp margarine or butter
1 1/4 lbs bone in pork chops (fat trimmed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork chops in large well greased frying pan for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned.
Spread pie filling in greased 2 quart (2L) casserole dish
Combine seasoning packet from stuffing mix, margarine, and 3/4 cup of water in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add stuffing, stir , let stand covered.for 5 min until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
Spoon onto pie filling in casserole dish.
Arrange pork chops on top of stuffing mixture.
Bake Covered in 350º oven for 20 minutes, then bake uncovered for another 8 -15 minutes until pork is fully cooked .
