1 8oz- Cream Cheese ( softened)
1/2 C - Sugar
1 8oz. container- Frozen Whipped Cream (thawed)
3 C - Strawberries
1 C - Blackberries
1 C - Raspberries
1 C - Blueberries
1 C - Nuts, ( pecans, almonds, walnuts) your choice
1 C - Shredded Coconut ( if desired)

Cream together first 3 items. Blend in fruit one at a time. Then add nuts and or coconut . Keep in refrigerator until serving. Note: (you may use either fresh fruit or frozen}

For summer salad get fresh or frozen fruit such as peaches and pears. It's cool and refreshing!
