1-1/2 cups cornmeal (yellow)
1/2 cup flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt
Mix together milk, egg, and oil
Add milk mixture to cornmeal mixture. Stir only enough to mix.
Fill greased baking pan half full

Bake at 425º for approximately 20 to 25 mins.
