Ingredients:  
6 oz spaghetti, cooked and drain well
STIR IN:
2 T butter
1/3 C Parmesan cheese, grated
2 beaten eggs
Form mixture into10" buttered pie plate
COOK:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 C chopped onion
1/4 C green pepper chopped
Drain well
ADD:
8 oz can tomatoes
6 oz can tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat throughly.
Spread 1 C cottage cheese on spaghetti crust.
Add meat mixture.
Bake at 350º uncovered for 20 min
Sprinkle 1C shredded Mozzarella cheese and bake till melted
