1 lb pollack/basa, etc
1 cup chopped imitation crab or 1 can crabmeat
1/2 cup parmesan
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp lemon juice

Mix together. Place frozen fish on lined cookie sheet. Spread mix on top of frozen fish and bake 18-22 minutes @ 375º until slightly browned.

I usually buy the large frozen bags of fish and then end up doubling the recipe. I never actually count the number of fish.
