1 Box or 1/2 Bag - Chopped Spinach-(rinsed and drained well)
1/4 pound- Deli Ham (chopped finely)
4- Eggs (well beaten)
1/2 C- Oil
1 C- Chopped Onion
1/2 - tsp. Salt
1/2 C- Grated Cheese " Parmesan " or "Cheddar" (your preference)
1 C - Biscuit Mix (Bisquick etc.)

Pie Pan Quiche....
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Grease pie pan . Pour into and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
(until firm or slightly browned)

Individual Quiche...
1. Mix all ingredients together
2.Grease muffin tin heavy or use muffin inserts.
Bake at 425 for 10 -12 minutes.
(until firm or slightly browned
