1c.Sugar. 1tsp Baking Soda
4T. Butter 1tsp Cinnamon
1Egg 1\4 tsp Nutmeg
1c. Flour 2c. Peeled Chopped Apple
1/2c. Chopped Nuts 1tsp. Vanilla or Almond Extract

Directions:

Cream together butter & sugar, Add egg & beat, sift dry ingredients, mix with butter mixture, add apples,nuts & flavoring. Bake in a large buttered pie plate. 35 to 40 minutes @ 350•. Serve warm with or without whipped cream or ice cream
