3 lb chuck roast
bouillon cubes (12)
6 c water
6 peeled and cut potatoes

Noodles:
2 eggs
2 c flour
1/4 c water
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef into crockpot, mix bouillon in boiling water and then add to beef. Cook on high for 6 hrs. Mix ingredients for noodles, roll and cut into small squares. Drop into boiling broth, add potatoes and cook until done.
