1 15 oz. can black beans drained
1 15 oz. can black eyed peas drained
1 14.5 oz. can petite diced tomatoes drained
2 C. frozen corn thawed
1/2 medium onion chopped
1/4 green pepper chopped
1/2 C. canned jalapeno peppers chopped
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 C. Italian dressing
3/4 C. chopped fresh cilantro or 1 t. dried cilantro

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together & refrigerate a minimum of 20 minutes.

Serve with taco chips.
