In a bowl, prepare brownie or chocolate cake mix per package instructions with 1 exception. Substitute water for orange juice from earlier. Mix well and fill oranges with chocolate mixture 2/3rds full. Tear off aluminum foil in 1 foot by 1 foot squares, 1 for each orange. Place a filled orange in the center or a square of foil and gather up the edges, leaving the top slightly open for easy unwrapping later. Place on cookie sheet or on bed of coals. For oven, bake per package instructions plus 5 minutes. For coals 30-45 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn every 15 minutes. Let stand on heatproof pan for 10 minutes then carefully unwrap.
