3-4 New York Steaks
1c. balsamic vinegar
1/2-1tsp. cracked pepper
1/4c. butter, softened
4tsp. all-purpose flour
1c. beef broth
1/4tsp. cracked pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring vinegar to boil on high heat. Reduce and simmer until about 1/4-1/2c remains in pot (about 20minutes).
Cook steaks (patted with cracked pepper and salt)
Meanwhile, mix butter and flour until smooth. Add broth and pepper to reduced vinegar. Wisk in butter and flour. Bring to boil. Reduce heat simmer 1min. Stir constantly. Put in small dishes and dip away.
