Tony's Seasoning (or the like)
Maple Syrup
Salmon (6 oz. -8 oz.)
1 pint strawberries sliced
1 large mango peeled, chopped
Red onion 1/2 cup chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Red pepper flakes
Salt/ Pepper
Oregano to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place salmon on baking sheet lined with foil.
2. Puncture salmon with fork and sprinkle with Tony's Seasoning
3. Spoon on Maple Syrup.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes making sure not to overcook salmon.
5. Mix the strawberries, mango, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and red pepper flakes, oregano together to make salsa.
6. Place salsa equally over salmon steaks before serving.
