6 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
(Can use mushrooms (cook before) and Swiss cheese instead of cheddar).

Fry the bacon in a skillet until crisp. Remove and crumble bacon. Saute the onion in the drippings of skillet. Combine the onion, sour cream, cheese, eggs, bacon, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
