1 1/2 C water
4 Tbs oil
4 C flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp active dry yeast

Directions:
Place ingredients in the bread machine in the order above. Place on dough setting and let the machine do the work. Take out of the machine and put on pizza stone or baking sheet. Set the oven to 140º for two minutes and turn off. Place the dough in the oven to rise. (about 1 hr.) Cover with pizza sauce and any toppings you enjoy. Our favorite is breakfast bacon and pineapple YUM! We also like Italian sausage with mushrooms, onions and green peppers. (The kids like cheese of course).

This is a delicious pizza dough. I love it in the summer because I can put the ingredients in the bread machine and go back outside to garden. I have a good pizza sauce recipe that I can up with my left over tomatoes in late fall. (I will add it to this recipe book.) It is easy to make and everyone thinks I spent a lot of time on the dish :-) A nice garden salad and you are good to go!
