1 c softened butter
2 tsps Vanilla
1 tsp Almond extract
32 oz (8 cups) powdered sugar
2 T milk, use as much as needed for desired consistency. May need 1/2 c or more
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter with whisk attachment in stand mixer on medium-high speed until light & fluffy.
Add vanilla & almond.
With the mixer on low, slowly add in powdered sugar, milk, & salt. Until blended.
Whip 3-7 minutes on Med- high to high.
Gradually beat in more milk until easy to spread.
Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
Rewhip before using.
