1 pound can of salmon
1 cup soft bread crumbs
3 eggs
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup salmon liquid
3 ounces of cream cheese at room temperature (optional)
3 teaspoons grated onion

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, flake salmon; add well-beaten eggs. Combine bread crumbs, lemon juice, salt, butter, salmon liquid and onion. Cut cheese into small pieces and whip into bread mixture. Pour into a greased loaf pan (not oiled). Bake at 350º for 1 hour until golden on top.
